Category(ies)

A walk through the Park, guided by our very own Volunteers, to see some of the early arrivals to the Park from colder parts of the world. £4 per person, to be paid on the day (£1 discount for Friends/Volunteers) – please book in advance as we have limited numbers (email us, or call 01234 767037)

Meet at Forest Centre (please note, the Lakeside Cafe will not be open before you set off, but there will be toilets available)
The distance and ground condition are variable – it will be approx. 3 miles, and there may be some rough, wet and steep ground so please dress appropriately for the weather, and wear waterproofs if necessary! Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed as we will be going through our Wetlands Nature Reserve; bring binoculars if you have them, but don’t worry if not, as we  will have spares.
