Farmers’ Market comes to a close

Submitted by on November 17, 2016 – 1:31 pmNo Comment

Unfortunately, due to the predicted bad weather this weekend and range of other factors, our last Farmers’ Market is cancelled. But don’t despair – you’ll see our lovely stallholders again at our Christmas Tree Festival & Farmer’s Market in 2 weeks and then again at our Midsummer Fair (coming next June…)

If you’re interested in any specific stallholder and where they’ll be in between Christmas and summer, they are mostly on Facebook but drop us an email and I can pass on their details to you if you can’t find them!

We’ve had a great time hosting the Farmers’ Market for the last two years, and we’re really thankful for all of the hard-work and constant support that our co-organiser Zena Herbert has put into the events. She’s not only run every event (until her recent move up north) but co-ordinated every element, every step of the way. She is a gem and we will really miss working with her – not to mention her amazing chocolate brownies…

Hopefully, we’ll see you all at our Christmas Tree Festival and remember to leave a bit of extra time to complete your journey due to the road closure!
